We have been actively involved in online sales since 2013. In the company, we have quite a few people who graduated in this field and gained experience in the most famous global and local companies, such as Google, Outfit7, Studio Moderna and many others. Our experience goes beyond that of a classic "fulfillment center", as we ourselves also deal with marketing, user support and procurement of goods from all over the world.
Our main warehouse at Tržaška cesta 132, where your products would also be located, is fully adapted to online sales. The collection of goods takes place in a secure, private driveway behind the lock under video surveillance. We have two hydraulic cranes, an electric forklift and a manual electric pallet truck available for picking up and sorting pallets and heavier loads. The warehouse measures over 650m2, is heated and air-conditioned, under an alarm system and 24/7 video surveillance.
We certainly wish and hope we are, but we prefer to leave that assessment to our customers. What we can say is that with more than 400,000 packages sent, we are definitely the biggest. As you can see for yourself, our current clients are very satisfied with us, and we will certainly do our best to make you as satisfied as possible.
In this case, with the help of video surveillance, we can easily prove that we handed over the package to the delivery service and that the delivered package was undamaged. With this proof, you are entitled to compensation from the delivery service, as it is proof that they lost or damaged the package themselves.
In this case, with the help of video surveillance, we check what exactly was packed in each package. In the case of a properly packed package, you have the option of sending the customer photographic evidence. In the event of an error on our part, you are entitled to compensation from us.
You will be connected to our system with your delivery service account (if you don't have one, we can of course help you arrange it at very competitive prices, as we have good conditions as a large customer), which means that you receive all redemptions directly into your current bank account.

Yes, we agree with each customer individually on their packaging preferences, and you can also order consumables through us. The price is always according to consumption, without hidden costs or fixed amounts.
It covers the pickup of one pallet of your goods per month. We pick up the pallet and carefully store it in our warehouse, label it and prepare it for shipping. Furthermore, we pack your packages daily according to the list you provide us, which means that we pack them in the agreed packaging, print a label for the delivery service and hand them over to the delivery service at the agreed time.
Queues depend on current demand volumes from other merchants, but we try to connect each new online merchant within 3-10 days.
Yes, the frequent location (Ljubljana - Vič) allows us to start offering this service as well. A small parking lot is available for customers, and both the LPP bus station and the train station are nearby. Personal pickups must be announced in advance so that we can prepare the package accordingly. If you live in a smaller place, but would like to offer personal pickup in Ljubljana, this is an excellent solution.
